Why use remote assistance?
Sometimes the information we need can be tricky to find, and even tricker to explain how to find over the phone. Other times it's difficult to describe the issue that your computer is having. For these scenarios and more it's extraordinarily helpful to be able to see exactly what's going on with your machine.

Is it safe?
The data stream is encrypted with the same technology the banks use, so the information is safe from being intercepted.
